Sun Laboratories has acquired the skill and ability to offer the highest quality batch mixing.
Our production facility allows us to manufacture any kind of solutions or suspensions. Kettles are equipped with
integrated heating and cooling systems and have multi-functional mixers, scrapers, and homogenizers. Our production area
is also equipped with a USP water purification system.
We have a large variety of filling equipment so we can meet all the specifications and standards required by the client.
Our qualified and well-trained personnel are committed to total quality. Our equipment can fill any size jars or bottles
with automatic filling machines that run over 3,000 units per hour. Finally we have developed a specific process for hot
liquid filling that guarantees a constant quality from beginning to end. One of the most important features of our
laboratory is unquestionably our Quality Control Department. Controls, tests and checks are part of every step of
production and packaging. We can certify that when a product has been stamped " Approved" by our QC department it is
testimony to the high quality that we provide to our customers. To provide faster service and reduce lead-time,
Sun Laboratories keeps a large inventory of raw materials and various components. Our purchasing department is always
looking for new suppliers around the world so we can provide up to date products. Once again, everything is done for
the benefit of our client.
We are an FDA approved over-the-counter laboratory. We have a Pharmaceutical License, hold licenses with the
State of California in addition to all Federal Licenses required. We allow GMP guidelines in our facility.
